You possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required only if driving clients.
Our office is located in Burlington, WI. Must be willing to train two days in office.

Responsibilities:

Companionship, Conversation, & Activities!
Transfers, assist with ambulation
Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders
Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming)
Light Housekeeping

Schedule Monday - Friday:

7:00am -2:00pm
2:00pm - 7:00pm
7:00am -7:00pm
